These terms apply to this ActiveLessons marketing site. Engagements to design and build a course are governed by a separate written agreement between ActiveLessons and the client.

Use of this site

This site is provided for information. The content here describes our service and does not by itself create a contract or a binding offer.

Intellectual property

The ActiveLessons name, the content on this site, and the platform are owned by ActiveLessons. Each course we build for a client carries that client's brand and is covered by the agreement for that engagement.
